Refund Policy

At Urban Runway, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we have a straightforward refund policy.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. Returns should be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date. Please note that some made-to-order (custom) products are not eligible for refunds unless there is a genuine issue with the item.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

To start a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

The customer is generally responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival. In that case, Urban Runway will cover these costs.
